Springfield, Brown pay a visit to SCSU.

NEW HAVEN, CT- The Southern Connecticut State University Owls would open the season at home welcoming in the division 3 Springfield Pride and the Brown University Bears from the Division 1 Ivy League. Springfield opened the season last weekend, but this was also the first meet of the year for Brown.
The result was a close meet for all involved. SCSU took the win with 182.9 to Brown’s 182.825, and Springfield’s 181.150.
Women’s Hockey: Yale nets last minute goal to win 4-3 over RPI

NEW HAVEN, CT- The Rensselaer Polytechnic Engineers visited Ingalls Rink to take on the Yale Bulldogs on a Saturday afternoon. By the end of the 1st period the home team was out to a 2 to 1 lead, though RPI had put up 21 shots in the first period to Yale’s 7. In goal for RPI was Sonja van der Bliek and for Yale, Jackee Snikeris.
